Being practically at the door step of Shizuoka Station and the department store Pache, as well as many restaurants/eateries, we really couldn't have asked for a better location. The room was spacious and the buffet breakfast was a good spread; the croissants were excellent.

This is right beside Shizuoka station so it is easy to go around. I always stay here on business but Shizuoka has become a great place to go for leisurely visits as well. I have seen a lot of changes with the people, there are more young people now so there are more things to do for people my age.

The location next to the station was perfect and close to shops and restaurants which we appreciated as it was a quick stopover on the way to another location. We did not know that Shizuoka was such an interesting place and we look forward to returning to this hotel where we spent a really pleasant one night. The room was spotless and the staff kind. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Thank you

Everything except the remnant tobacco smell from yesteryears and which I’m sensitive to. It’s an old world 4 stars hotel which is very well maintained. The location is unbeatable. Next to train station, the airport bus is in front of the entrance. I get a view of Mt Fuji from my room. Staff service is excellent and on par with a 4 star hotel.

Hotel is right next to the train station and there is a Toyota Rental agency in the same building Rooms are spacious and very clean We were able to check in 2 hours before the official check in time without any problem. When we arrived at the hotel they checked us in immediately Staff is very helpful and friendly For parking, there is a garage next to the hotel. There is an entrance to the garage especially for hotel guests. I did not know this and used the wrong entrance. This was not a problem, they still gave me the special rate for guests

1. Close to transportion. 2. Interior of hotel is very nice & classy. 3. Room amenities were of good quality & the mirror near the window was a perfect spot for ladies who does makeup. It was the only hotel in the years I have stayed in hotels that has that. The only dissatisfaction was when I asked the front office lady who checked us out to be allowed to keep 1 key card as souvenir because I keep those I have good impression but she said cannot. so it was a pity

The hotel was very clean,. The staff spoke to me in Japanese when I spoke in Japanese and used English words only when I was struggling with some vocabulary.

I don't even know how many times I've stayed at this hotel, probably 10 different times already. Associa is the best location when you plan to use the Shizuoka often. Hotel is kept very well and the price is not so bad as well. There are a lot of walkable locations and that is always a plus. I will definitely stay here again in a few months.

The hotel is a stone's throw from Shizuoka Station, which is also in the middle of downtown Shizuoka. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I also happened to get a room with a good view of the southern Alps and Mt Fuji.

The hotel is really conveniently located. The room was great. I am a traveling writer and both the bed and the office were great. Highly recommended.
